This unique, dual-function workout machine lets users work two major core muscle groups in the abdominals and back, in one piece of equipment. Its innovative plate-load design, with a one-inch diameter plate post, is based on single-station health club machines, and Body-Solid has incorporated the same two-by-four-inch (W x D) mainframe steel from its commercial grade equipment.

Full range cam design is enhanced by an easy-to-use pop pin, allowing a full 26 adjustments to increase and control range of motion. The unit measures 46-by-43-by-60 inches (W x H x D) when fully assembled.
